5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, and other included items.

• The product must not be damaged, altered, washed, or used.

• Proof of purchase or your order details may be required.

To request a return, please contact our customer support within 5 days of receiving your order and provide your order number and the reason for the return.

ZELQABO reserves the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.

3-Day Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.

The refund will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We may request photos or other information to verify the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return for hygiene, safety, personalization, or other applicable reasons. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated on the product page or at the time of purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
